Here we have 2 x Labcraft - Transtrip 12v inverters for 8w fluorescent lamps.

You will receive TWO inverters with one order.

Each one will operate an 8 watt 12 inches (300mm) fluorescent lamp from a 12v battery (as used by campers, caravanners, boat owners etc.)

Connections: 6 way terminal block, battery positive, battery negative and 2 connections to each end (cathode) of lamp.

Dimensions:
3 inches (78mm) long.
1 inch (25mm) deep.
2 5/16 inches (58mm) overall width.

CAUTION - Polarity protection. Labcraft-Transtrip 12v inverters for 8 watt fluorescent lamps incorporate pcb fuses and are marked on the pcb underside with minus and plus signs and the 6 way terminal block carries a red mark at the end adjacent to the positive connection.

WARNING - Users must always ensure that the polarity of the 12v supply to the inverter is correct, otherwise damage to the inverter will occur. These inverters do NOT incorporate polarity reversal protection.

Original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) are advised to include a polarity protection feature between the inverter and the input feed terminal block of their equipment. eg a suitably rated blocker diode.
